They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, assisting me with finding tours and even arranging a private driver for me. Secondly, the location of this hotel is perfect. It's close to the city center, within walking distance to many attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with cozy beds and basic amenities. The added bonus of having a small kitchen in the room made it even more convenient for longer stays.

The receptionist was very rude and argumentative, and charged us extra for our child without warning. We also didn't appreciate the surprise deduction from our credit card without notifying us.
